I have spoken with two supervisors, been told I need to wait 24 hours here or 24 hour there but each day I am still "fraudulent" for trying to place a large order for my family. This month I have been calling PetFlow every day and dealing with this for 8 days trying to get food for our family. When I call our bank they say no charges have come through to be declined. Then PetFlow tries to blame our credit card getting declined. This final straw has been the last two months when we decided to order all our food for the month in one large order and we have been told we are "fraudulent". We've been ordering on a consistent basis since July 2018 (so just shy of 5 years). I'm bringing my business elsewhere and I will happily pay more because at least I know my dogs won't run out of food every month.
My dogs run out of food every single time I deal with these people. They don't even tell you when their warehouse is delayed, you just sit and wait for your autoship order and then YOU have to reach out to see where the hell your items are. Their prices are better than other competitors, but it isn't worth it when you can barely receive the items you've ordered. Every single order I've placed since then takes forever to ship and there's always an excuse as to why they're delayed or backed up in the warehouse.
The $10 credit really didnt help one bit. which is fine but my dog ran out of food and I had to purchase other food elsewhere. PetFlow had no answer and their resolution was to credit me $10 and ship out another bag. My first order was completely LOST, after a delayed shipping, to the point where two weeks went by and I never received the dog food. Believe all of the negative reviews, they're 100% absolutely true and accurate.
